Not sure if this qualifies, but Fritz Leiber’s “A Pail of Air” (Galaxy, December 1951) is a short story about Earth as a planet without a sun:

“… the dark star snatched us away from the sun, and by now it’s dragged us out beyond the orbit of the planet Pluto.”

The novel Nemesis by Issac Asimov is about a rogue planet headed for Earth.

When Worlds Collide is probably the first film to deal with the topic. There’s been a few since.

Satan’s World by Poul Anderson involves a rogue planet about to be thawed by a close pass by a star, and the uses an interstellar civilization could make of it.
